What is PDCA?
For Juniors
PDCA stands for Plan, Do, Check, Act. It's like a recipe for solving problems and making things better:
Plan: Figure out what needs to be fixed and how to do it
Do: Try out your plan on a small scale
Check: See if your plan worked
Act: If it worked, use it everywhere. If not, try something else
Think of PDCA as learning to ride a bike. You plan how to do it, try it out, see if you're staying up, and then either keep going or try a different way!
